About BEC Fiber
Consistent with its vision of “Reimagining Rural America,” Bandera Electric Cooperative began deploying fiber optic infrastructure in 2017. With the goal of providing a world-class service, we designed our network to be 100% fiber allowing us to provide Gigabit service to the Hill Country. BEC Fiber now serves over 14,000 members with state-of-the-art high speed internet service.
BEC Fiber’s growth can be attributed to our exceptional customer service, extensive knowledge, and most importantly our outstanding team. Our staff has hundreds of years of combined experience in the telecommunications industry and take great pride in serving the Texas Hill Country community where we live and work. We strongly believe that BEC Fiber allows our rural community to expand business opportunities, improve quality of life, and escape the hustle of the big city without compromising technological advancement.
