New Service On Existing Meter or Pole
Please complete an application to initiate electric service in your name or your business name on an existing meter or a previously installed meter/meter loop.
What You Will Need
You will need the following information:
- Service address (physical or 911 address)
- Existing meter number or pole number
- Social security number, or at least the last 4 of your SSN
- Driver’s license or state ID number
- A copy of your state issued ID, driver’s license, or passport
- Mailing Address (for billing purposes)
If you are applying for service for a business/commercial account you will also need:
- DBA or company name
- Business tax ID or EIN number
- Business applicant’s name or responsible party’s name
